It is important to “speak the same language” as auditors who are testing your firm in order to understand the risks that are being identified and to be able to communicate in a manner that they desire.  Shannon Williams, Managing Director of DRIA Compliance, spent four years as an external auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s largest “Big Four” professional services and accounting firms.  This experience coupled with building and leading internal audit groups of public companies will ensure your firm has the precise expertise to stay ahead of changing regulations and requirements. 

In addition to the proficiency achieved in audit, Shannon also has considerable experience in the collection industry with one of the industry's largest debt buyers in both audit and firm management.   While conducting audits of over 40 law firms, each resulted in an increased knowledge of best practices in the industry and a diverse understanding of system and reporting capabilities.
